Rebel Control (Andy Baron and Richie Concrete) return from a hiatus with a song originally inspired by the touching displays of community spirit in the wake of the Grenfell Tower disaster.
“With the ongoing covid situation and the current tensions in America it just feels right to release a track that's purely about love, positivity and community into the world right now “ the band said, adding “There will be plenty of time and reason to chant down the Babylon political system in the future, we’re sure of it! “
The Brighton based band recorded rhythm tracks to a whole new album live with their band in Italy a couple of years ago and have been finishing it up at various studios in London and Brighton. When this track was chosen as a single it had to be mixed by Graham "Grammo“ Pilgrim in total isolation in his studio in Rome at the peak of the corona virus epidemic with Andy and Concrete collaborating on the mix via video calls.
